This is just a placehold for the various running bits I put on the blog.

Under “Running Routes” you’ll find a list of Nottingham running routes I’ve been building up whilst trainging.  A variety of lengths, most of the have maps with them. They’ll improve in distance and quality as my running does (so not very quickly then).

Running Log is like it says, a log of my running activities as I try to get fitter and fitter.
